Enter your password on the member site and check the class schedule and Zoom address.

Please check the Zoom address on the day of the class and join via Zoom just before the class time.

* Your member site password will be changed every month, so please be sure to check your email at the beginning of each month.

[Payment]

From the month following your first payment, payments for that month will be made automatically each month from the date of your payment.

(Example: First payment date is 6/3, second payment date of the following month is 7/3)

Regardless of the purchase date, pro rata payments cannot be made, so payment for the entire month will be made in one lump sum.

[Cancellation]

If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us or email us at info@eclaere.jp .

Please apply for cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing date. If you do not apply for cancellation, please note that regular billing will be made.

When you join , you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions. 

・As a general rule, it is prohibited to leak information within this community or content released by our company (Eclaere.) to outside parties (via word of mouth, social media, etc.).

Eclaere. Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has established the "Eclaere Online Salon Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") and will provide the "Eclaere Secret Classroom" (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") in accordance with these Terms.


Article 1 (About this Service)

This service is a members-only communication service that enables members to communicate with our company, which disseminates information, through various SNS or platforms and applications operated by our company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

In these Terms and Conditions, the definitions of the terms set forth below shall be as follows, unless otherwise defined.

  1. "Online Salon" refers to a place that enables communication between members set up on platforms and applications operated by our company and on various SNS.
  2. "Member" refers to an individual who has registered as a member in accordance with Article 4.
  3. "Validity Period" means the period during which a Member may use the Online Salon, and shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.
  4. "Various SNS" refers to SNS (social networking services), such as Zoom, that our company designates as the medium for providing the Online Salon.
  5. "Distribution Content" refers to text, images, audio, video, etc. distributed by our company or members through this service. The copyright of the distribution content belongs to our company, which distributes the distribution content.

Article 3 (Membership Qualifications)

To use the Online Salon, you will need to register as a member, and if you meet all of the following requirements, we will grant you membership.

  1. Complete the required membership application process.
  2. Agree to these terms

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

  1. Members shall apply to join the Online Salon in the manner specified by our company.
  2. Your registration as a member of the Online Salon (hereinafter referred to as "Membership Registration") will be completed when we approve your participation in the Online Salon.
  3. When applying for membership, if the Company determines that the account is not registered under a real name and is not active, or if the Company deems it necessary, the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not apply, and the membership registration shall be completed at the later of the time when the Company notifies the Member that the application for membership is accepted as a result of the said examination, or the time when the Member pays the usage fee.
  4. The Company reserves the right to reject applications for membership and reserves the right to refuse such applications in advance. Furthermore, the Company is not obligated to explain the reason for rejection.

Article 5 (Usage fees, etc.)

  1. To use the Online Salon, a Member must pay one month's monthly usage fee (hereinafter referred to as the "Usage Fee") in advance to the Company in the manner specified in Paragraph 5 of this Article. By paying the Usage Fee, a Member can use the Online Salon during the validity period specified in Paragraph 3 of this Article.
  2. The usage fee is 1,650 yen per month (tax included).
  3. The validity period is until 23:59 on the last day of each month. Even if you register or cancel your membership in the middle of the month, the usage fee will not be calculated on a pro rata basis.
  4. Membership registration will, in principle, be automatically renewed (hereinafter referred to as "automatic renewal") unless the Company completes the cancellation procedure in accordance with the member's cancellation request or the member loses his/her membership status, and the usage fee will be automatically settled using the payment method designated by the member when registering as a member.
  5. Payment methods for the service fee are limited to credit cards.
  6. If we change the service fees, we will notify members at least one month prior to the change date.

Article 6 (Use of Distribution Content)

  1. Members may use the content they purchase in the usage environment, etc., specified by our company.
  2. If a member withdraws from the Online Salon or loses his/her membership, that member will no longer be able to use any of the content.
  3. The Company may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate the distribution of the Content. In such case, the provisions of Article 7, Paragraph 1 will apply to the Content that has been distributed.

Article 7 (Refunds)

  1. We will not refund any usage fees or purchase prices paid by members, regardless of the reason.
  2. The same applies if a member cancels his/her membership within the validity period of this service or loses his/her membership status.

Article 8 (Prohibitions, etc.)

  1. The Company prohibits the following actions when Members use the Service. The following prohibited actions also apply to Member-posted Information.
    1. Acts of soliciting, inducing or encouraging compensated dating, prostitution or buying sex, or statements or actions that use ambiguous language, including slang, to solicit, induce or encourage such acts.
    2. Actions aimed at meeting or dating
    3. Distribution of child pornography or acts that may induce child abuse
    4. Any act that infringes or may infringe the copyrights, trademarks, patents, utility model rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, publicity rights or other rights of other members or our company.
    5. Actions that slander or damage the reputation or credibility of other members or our company
    6. Discrimination related to ethnicity, religion, race, or gender
    7. Actions that solicit, induce or encourage suicide, mass suicide, self-injury, illegal drug use or illegal drug use, etc.
    8. Buying and selling memberships and other similar activities
    9. Any act aimed at advertising, promoting or inviting others to use your own or a third party's products or services without the consent of the Company, or any act aimed at soliciting others through spam mail, chain mail, etc.
    10. Any action that causes disadvantage to other members or our company
    11. Actions that violate public order and morals or other laws and regulations or that are linked to crimes, as well as actions that solicit, aid, coerce or encourage such actions.
    12. Reproducing or quoting information obtained through the Service, or posting it on other media
    13. Providing benefits or convenience to antisocial forces
    14. Disseminating false information to other members
    15. Any action that interferes with other members' use of the Service
    16. Impersonating another member or a third party to use the Service
    17. Actions that violate the terms and conditions of various SNS
    18. Any act that infringes or may infringe on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of the distributed content (this includes, but is not limited to, copying, modifying, publicly transmitting, making available for transmission, uploading, renting, screening, or broadcasting the distributed content).
    19. Circumventing technological protection measures applied to the content being distributed
    20. Providing personal information obtained through this service to a third party without the individual's consent
    21. Falsifying or deleting information provided by this service
    22. Any action that places an excessive burden on our servers
    23. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems or networks connected to the Service
    24. Using or providing harmful programs such as computer viruses, or recommending such actions
    25. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service or any software used on the Service.
    26. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service or any software used on the Service.
    27. Disclosing to a third party the contents of a project involving our company before it is released
    28. Any act that interferes with this service or any other services operated by our company
    29. Any act suspected to be any of the acts listed above
    30. Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate
  2. The Company reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether any of the prohibited acts listed above apply.

Article 9 (Voluntary Withdrawal)

  1. Members may cancel their membership in the Online Salon by completing the procedure on the cancellation page of the Service. However, in this case, the provisions of Article 7, Paragraph 2 shall apply.
  2. Regarding the use of the distributed content after canceling your membership in the Online Salon, please refer to the provisions of Article 6, Paragraphs 3 and 4.

Article 10 (Expiration of Membership)

  1. If any of the following events occur to a Member, the Member's membership will be invalidated and the Member will no longer be able to use any of the Services.
    1. When automatic renewal is not possible because the member is unable to pay with the registered credit card at the time of renewal
    2. In the cases set out in Article 11

Article 11 (Measures for violations of the Terms of Use, etc.)

  1. In order to operate the Service appropriately, if a Member falls under any of the items listed below, the Company reserves the right to take any necessary measures, including but not limited to deleting the Member's posted information, suspending the Member's use of the Service, or invalidating the Member's membership, without prior notice to the Member.

    2. When the system, communication lines, etc. are stopped
    3. In the event of a natural disaster such as an earthquake, lightning strike, fire, storm or flood damage, or power outage, or other emergency.
    4. When various SNS services are suspended
    5. Any other reason that the Company deems it necessary to suspend the Service
  2. Our company reserves the right to change the content of this service or terminate the provision of this service at its convenience. If our company suspends, changes, or terminates this service (hereinafter referred to as "suspension, etc."), we will endeavor to notify members in advance as much as possible, but please note that in cases of emergency, etc., it may not be possible to give advance notice.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for compensating any damage suffered by a Member due to the suspension or other cause of this Service.

Article 13 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company does not guarantee any of the following: Members shall use this service and the usefulness of the information provided by this service at their own discretion and responsibility.
    1. The usefulness, suitability, completeness, accuracy, reliability, safety, legality, morality, and currency of all information provided by the Service, including the information sent by the Company and the content of the distributed content (including all information provided by the Service and all information contained in links managed or operated by third parties displayed on the Service; the same applies hereinafter in this section).
    2. All matters relating to interactions between members
    3. Information posted on the website and various social media sites
    4. That there will be no defects, errors or failures in the provision of this service
    5. The information transmitted by the Company on this Service and the content distributed by the Company or Members do not infringe the rights of any third party.
    6. The existence or integrity of this service and each online salon will be maintained.
  2. If a dispute arises between a Member and another Member, the Member must resolve it between the parties involved, and the Company shall not bear any responsibility therefor.

Article 14 (Compensation for Damages)

If the Company incurs damages due to the actions of a member (including claims arising from the actions of a member), the Company may claim compensation for the full amount of such damages (including attorney's fees borne by the Company) from the member.

Article 15 (Handling of Personal Information)

  1. The Company will handle any personal information provided to the Company by Members when using the Service in accordance with the provisions of the Company's "Privacy Policy." Note that in this article, "personal information" refers to personal information as defined in the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information."
  2. We may use personal information for the purposes set out in the following items.
    1. For the purpose of providing this service

Article 16 (Changes to Terms)

  1. If the Company deems it necessary, it may change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to Members.
  2. The revised Terms and Conditions will come into effect as soon as they are displayed on the Service, and Members will be deemed to have accepted all of the contents of the revised Terms and Conditions.


Article 17 (Notifications from the Company)

  1. Any communications or notices from our company to members will be sent via the email address or website that the member registered when registering as a member.
  2. If there is any change in the email address of a Member in the preceding paragraph, the Member must immediately make the change on this Site.
  3. Even if a member suffers damage as a result of his/her failure to carry out the change procedures set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not be liable for any such damage.


Article 18 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

With respect to all contracts based on these Terms and Conditions, Members may not assign, transfer, pledge as security or otherwise dispose of their contractual status or any rights and obligations arising from them, in whole or in part, to a third party without the prior written consent of our company.


Article 19 (Severability)

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be in violation of the relevant laws and regulations applicable to the contract with a Member based on these Terms and Conditions, such provision shall not apply to the contract with the Member to that extent. However, even in such case, the validity of other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.

Article 20 (Governing Law, Court)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. The Company and the Member agree in advance that the Sapporo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance for the resolution of any disputes that arise between the Company and the Member in relation to these Terms and Conditions.
