・You can choose from Letter Pack Plus
* Letter Pack Plus can deliver up to 3 items of First Snow on the Balcony/Fairy Tights. Other items, Kissing the Head/Koyuki's Secret/Baby's Bottom/The Second Door, can be delivered up to a total of 3 items. Delivery of up to 1 piece is possible.
Please note that due to the simple packaging, the paper box may collapse.

Shipping is free for orders over 5,000 yen (tax included).
If the total amount is less than 5,000 yen, a shipping fee will be charged separately for each delivery.
Nationwide shipping is ¥520 (extra fee applies for Okinawa and remote islands)
*Please note that items with different order numbers cannot be shipped together.
Payment Method
The following payment methods are available.
・Credit card One-time payment by VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DISCOVER.
If you pay by credit card, you will receive a receipt email. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Cash on delivery
Customers who choose cash on delivery should pay the delivery fee to the delivery company when they receive the product. A cash on delivery fee of 330 yen will be charged. There are some areas where cash on delivery is not available. In such cases, we will contact you. For cash on delivery, only cash is accepted. If you select Letter Pack Plus as the delivery method, cash on delivery cannot be selected.
If you have any requests regarding delivery
Please write your requests for receipts, etc. in the "Please write your requests" section in the cart.

Shipping
After confirming your payment, your order will be shipped within 5 business days. In the case of cash on delivery, your order will be shipped within 5 business days. Delivery may be delayed in the following cases:
- When the product you ordered is out of stock
- If there is a problem with your order or registration information
- Delays due to weather, traffic conditions during delivery, or problems during delivery
- If the date falls on a weekend, national holiday, New Year's holiday, Obon holiday, or other non-working days.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed due to customer convenience.
Unless the product is defective, we will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
Only if the product is defective, we will exchange it for a normal product after returning it to you with postage paid by you . If you find a defect in the product after it arrives , please contact us via the "Contact Us" form within 5 days. However, due to the nature of the product, we will only be able to accept exchanges if you contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product. If 5 business days have passed since the product arrived, we will not be able to accept returns, refunds, exchanges, etc., so please be aware of this in advance.
