Payment method and payment period
You can choose the payment method and time of payment from the following. However, if the delivery destination is in an area designated by the shipping company where cash on delivery is not available or if you select Letter Pack Plus as the delivery method, cash on delivery cannot be selected.

We accept VISA, MASTER, DINERS, AMEX and JCB.
*The timing of your order and the timing of your credit card payment are different. If you place an order using foreign currency, please note that there may be a difference in the amount due to fluctuations in the exchange rate.
・Cash on delivery
After confirming your order, we will send it via our designated cash on delivery courier.
Please pay the product price + shipping fee + COD fee (¥330) to the delivery company when the product arrives.
Delivery time
[In-stock items] After receiving your order, we will usually ship the item to the shipping company within 5 business days, and the shipping company will then deliver the item to you in as little as 1-2 days (if no delivery date is specified).
[Pre-order] We will ship immediately once the item is in stock.

[Shipping fee] Nationwide flat rate of 520 yen. (Okinawa and remote islands will be charged separately.)
Shipping is free for orders over 5,000 yen (excluding tax). For orders under 5,000 yen, shipping fees will be charged separately for each delivery .
[Cash on delivery fee] Payment is by cash only and the fee is ¥330.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, or cancellations after an order has been placed. We will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product is defective. If the product is defective, we will exchange it for a normal product after you return it to us, shipping charges paid by the customer . If you find a defect in the product after it arrives , please contact us within 5 days using the "Contact Us" form.
However, due to the nature of the product, we will only be able to accept exchanges if you contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product. If 5 business days have passed since you received the product, we will not be able to accept returns, refunds, exchanges, etc.
