Please note that we cannot take responsibility for non-participation due to non-delivery of emails.
* Your member site password will be changed every month, so please be sure to check your email at the beginning of each month.
[Payment]
From the month following your first payment, payments for that month will be made automatically each month from the date of your payment.
(Example: First payment date is 6/3, second payment date of the following month is 7/3)
Regardless of the purchase date, pro rata payments cannot be made, so payment for the entire month will be made in one lump sum.
[Cancellation]
If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us or email us at info@eclaere.jp .
Please apply for cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing date. If you do not apply for cancellation, please note that regular billing will be made.
