How to cancel your membership

Please send an email to info@eclaere.jp stating that you wish to cancel your online salon membership.

Please send us your full name and the email address of your account.

Please be sure to contact us 7 days before the date you wish to cancel your membership.

Please note that if you do not notify us of your intention to cancel your membership, your payment will continue every month.

Once you cancel your membership, you will no longer be able to participate in the online salon.

You can rejoin unless you are forced to withdraw (excluding payment failure).
